# IPENtool
A desktop application for eNotarizations.
## Features
* Open and sign PDF files
* Converts text in PDF to images so it cannot be easily altered
* Digital notarial stamp/seal images
* Collect notary and other signatures with signature pad
* Notarial certificate generator tool
* Tamper-proof cryptographic PGP signature of notary
* Blockchain timestamp of signing date and time
* Analysis tool to check if signed document has been altered, prove when it was signed, and confirm
