How to compile

Minify the JS in this order:

  1. codemirror/codemirror.js
  2. codemirror/continuelist.js
  3. codemirror/markdown.js
  4. codemirror/xml.js
  5. marked.js
  6. markdownify.js

Minify the CSS in this order:

  1. theme.css
