Hey Skylar,

I had a declined card. I pressed the reset card reader. tried to process him again, but it didn't help. then it got weird again. Captured his CC info as approved then on Postal point had to put it as a CASH transaction.

The next customer I had to remove the previous CC info to get things in sync again.

So the problem seems to be w/ declined transactions or wrong PINs. or if I press cancel on Helcim's pad then it doesn't communicate something back to PP.
