Some lrt.lt links contain only audio (mp3) files so make the extractor
better at behaving in these situations. In such cases only grab the link
to the MP3 file.

This is copypasted from below and I'd have no problem with it being reworked.
The segment durations could also be useful for something like mpv to support
segmented dash without having to parse the mpd.

Merge in livestreamer's functionality of fetching Crunchyroll video
information from their mobile API, which contains an independent set of
streams from the desktop API. Grab the additional formats, process them,
and sort them accordingly.

[wdr] add support for elefantenseite ( closes #5731 )

The "Elefantenseite" is a special subpage on wdrmaus.de which is
entirely done in flash. But the streaming-infrastructure is the same as
on the other wdr pages, so just the way to get the jsonp url to the
metadata is different.
The site uses the url-anchor to lookup the video metadata in a full
table of content.
