...
When the "quality" key does not exist, it crashes the application.
So the existence of "quality" key must be tested before requesting it.
You can test with this command, with the current version youtube-dl crashes

and it becomes consistent with the one that's given at test_download.py:207 "expect_info_dict(self, tc.get('info_dict', {}), info_dict)" for the description

Added a workaround option called fallback_mkv that, when merging separately downloaded video & audio that can't fit in the same container (e.g. webm video & m4a audio), tries instead to output to an mkv container

numbers instead of integers. Now only the integer part will be
interpreted. Also added a test for this
